Advanced Internet Search Request

A friend of mine wants a DVD of Japanese midget porn dubbed in German. He has been hunting for it for 10 years. No, I am not joking. This is what the conversation is like at the end of a TNG party in these parts.

Anyhow, if anyone out there knows where such an animal exists, point me to it, OK? Thanks!

Our Saline Scrotal Infusion Scene has turned into a demo

Yikes!

Should be good though. If this works out well I see a trip for a real demo in our future. I love my co-top friend. We seem to be on the same wavelength with things. Dunno how scary that is--but it is great for us. :-)

Caning practice log

Oy!

1. Caning practice can be aerobic. That is actually good. Exercise has become my main coping skill these days (I have a home gym and I can't afford my previous vices). Endorphin rush morning and night--good thing.

2. I think that advanced caning is as difficult a skill to develop as basic singletailing. Now, this statement assumes 2 things.

First, one does not rely solely on the "towel snap" to singletail. A mentor of mine states that anyone who does that does not know what they are doing. Dunno about that--but I don't towel snap.

Second--one is caning at full force and having the strokes land perfectly parallel and right above or below one another without overlap.

Muscle memory, muscle memory, muscle memory.

That said I will get 5 strokes lined up next to each other with no overlap--then muff the 6th. Yep--just like singletail practice. I remembered as well from previous experience to go at the force that allows me some accuracy and work my way up. So I am practicing at 50 %.

I discovered that a large doubled up towel duct taped to a large martial arts target shows nice lines. A bit loud--but I hear enough Mexican tuba music at 2 AM that I am not feeling that remorseful. Said music has been happening before I started caning practice.

I am practicing with 3 and 4 ft canes. I am finding that I am developing an interesting, somewhat unconventional style. Actually with judicial caning there is no conventional style--but this is working for my headmistress canes too. I find that taking a forehand swing towards my left shoulder before raising the cane for the final forehand stroke centers me. I am sure the Singapore government did not have this in mind when they released their version of a "Scared Straight" video that showed a simulated caning--but the technique used resonated with me even before I tried it. Hey, thanks Singapore ;-).

Practice, practice, practice....

When Spanking Drives Off The Cliff...

OK--fantasy 'fess up time.
Now, I *loathe* non-consensual torture. It makes me ill. I silently seethed at Bush & Co. for the better part of 8 years as they did what they did at Gitmo et. al. PTSD is a nasty ugly thing I would not wish on my worst enemy. It can be a fate worse than death.
Judicial CP is a step away from that, I think. A country capable of doing that is closer to committing worse atrocities if threatened, IMHO.
That said....
Back in 1994 I was as shocked as anyone to learn that an American teenager in Singapore had been sentenced to caning for going on a graffiti bender. I was concerned for him and his health and I absolutely felt that rehabilitation would have been a far better bet in his case. This kid was a bit wayward but clearly not a sociopath. The sentence got reduced from 6 to 4 and I am assuming the fellow is basically OK today without too much PTSD.
And yet...there was something about the whole scenario that stirred my core in a fantasy sense. I had a pretty good grasp on the difference between fantasy and reality then and I let this thing play out in fantasy for months. I did not want to see this done to anyone non-consensually--yet I sure as heck wanted to know how it was done.
I was vaguely aware of BDSM back then and was nowhere close to considering myself "one of those people". I can only imagine what the kinksters did that year when they heard about this case. This just lived in my fantasy and I thought that was where it would stay.
So I've been in the lifestyle 6 years. I started off doing spanking and paddling and quickly advanced to beginner versions of the other CP toys. The 1 ft. thin handle of a dangly style cat toy was my first cane (it is still a mean OTK implement). My bottom was not only experienced but he had the toughest derriere in the local community. He was and is still a Phoenix legend. So I was able to develop any and every CP technique I wanted and he could absorb it.
I've been caning with "real canes" for 5 years. I bought some judicial style canes 3 years ago as a gag--then started using the damn things at a moderate level. I caused a sight at some dungeon parties for awhile, but then I put the things away because they were a bit too large to be practical at some of the house parties that I was starting to attend.
Then recently a friend asked if I did judicial caning. I told this person no, explaning that I did not have the room to practice. But, this brought back all of those old fantasies (I changed my mind on how much room I had, later).
The difference now is that I am living on my own, I already own the canes, and I've developed 80% of the skill I need. I am also, for the first time in a long time, wondering if I am crazy for having a particular kink. It did not help recently when I went to a demo given by a spanko friend and this person said that "what they do in Singapore is nasty stuff and none of us would want anything to do with it."
So now I officially beg to differ with both my "crazy" feelings and with this friend. I want nothing to do with the non-consensual caning, whipping, or flogging of anyone.
I want everything to do with consensual re-enactment of it.
I am not sure if this is a rare kink or something that is currently not visible in the local community--but I know that there are other people out there who are into prison style CP as a kink. It is as much about the set up and ritual as it is about what force someone puts into it. Looks like I get to strike out somewhat alone on this one, with the help of a few heavy bottoms who don't care what I do, so long as I don't call them late to supper.
Now, a word on the nastiness, from a cultural perspective. In BDSM how great the force used in any technique depends on what the bottom can take, period. This goes beyond how hard someone can hit. There is a certain pleasure in knowing you could hit much harder but don't. Many bottoms will report the same thing from the other side. What the person is able to do, *might* do gives the scene that scary sexy edge.
The nastiness is *not* all in the force. At my local club someone actually did this as a demo (not sure if he used a four foot cane--but the damage report was well in line to what I have seen in pics). What makes this such a nasty rl punishment is, of course, the non-consensuality. Then there is the fact that shouting out is not allowed, socially, in Oriental cultures lest the man "lose face." This puts the canee in a terrible double bind. The scars can be lifelong. A hard core kinkster will wear them with pride, much like I will file down the point of a hook and then wear that around with pride. An ex-con in a country that practices judicial caning has now just earned a very humiliating (in a bad sense) scarlet letter. Also, when one is subjected to a very threatening ordeal for which the mind is not prepared PTSD is a possible result.
The person who was caned at the local dungeon was very well prepared mentally and emotionally. This was a rite of passage for her and she later wrote movingly of it in our newsletter.
It is all about the intent, folks. I don't condone spanking kids either, yet I and my friends regularly get together and use techniques originally designed to punish kids. The cat-o-nine tails I use to good effect in my toybag is descended from some truly nasty tar-dipped rope floggers that would easily flay the entire *back skin* off of a man.
So here I go--away from the traditional spanking culture and off the edge.

The difference between CP and Judicial CP

This came up tonight so I am trying to work it out here. This is only my opinion, very much subject to comment and change. I figure I'd better really understand my categorizations before negotiating scenes in either of these areas though!

Disclaimer Time: I do not condone the use of actual Judicial CP to punish criminals. I think starting that in a culture sets up a slippery slope to worse things. /Disclaimer

Corporal Punishment: I categorize this as any "domestic" corporal punishment technique (from any country or culture). For my purposes it generally includes American and English techniques. We are talking canes, paddles, belts, etc. administered with no warm up to get a specific pain reaction. It is supposed to be adversive. It may be physically damaging to a point (cane welts, bruises, perhaps a bit of blood). This is given in a domestic setting (or at least with a domestic mindset if one is stuck in a dungeon). Chairs, beds, or couches are used, or the miscreant is made to touch his toes, etc. These are the techniques originally designed to punish children (something else I don't condone).

Judicial Corporal Punishment: I categorize this as any *prison* corporal punishment technique. Military punishments might fit into this category as well. We are talking punishment meted out in any kind of regimented mass adult (generally male dominanted) environment where obedience is a big deal. The tools of punishment are bigger than those used in domestic scenes. The number of strokes given in a session are much smaller because each stroke *does* cause a degree of damage. Think of what it takes to get through to a miscreant child vs. what it takes to get through to an adult male criminal. The hallmark of JCP is force. In rl the force required is so great that young men are employed as the operatives--one would never see a female meting this stuff out to actual criminals. The apparatus is different too. Rather than bending someone over a chair one may strap them to a Singapore style A frame. Barring that, adapting a St. Andrew's Cross to whatever technique is being used may be convincing enough. Bondage is used (out of necessity in rl--otherwise the pain would cause people to either climb the walls or fight back).

Now that said, we are talking about a *scene*--not a prisoner from a foreign country. So one has a JCP set up and ritual, yet checks the force of the strokes to be in line with what most (even heavy) bottoms can tolerate. However, with a "pure" JCP scene I would not be concerned with the "ramp up" that I would use in a CP scene. In a CP scene I go for a certain degree of squirming right off the bat, but I do ramp up to more severe toys as endorphins start to work. In strict JCP I would rely on bondage to keep the person in place and would base the force on what they can take at the most intense part of any other scene.

With a pure JCP I would also lose the scolding. Domesticity would be out the window.

That said, in rl these categories would not be set in stone but could merge depending on the actual needs of the bottom. For instance, I may need to ramp up in what otherwise appears to be a JCP scene to meet the needs of the bottom. It may be the atmosphere the person wants more than the severity of strokes. Someone may need to be tied up and then whaled on with domestic implements without any worries about a ramp up. Etc.
